Class Reunion
Your affiliation with the School is lifelong and will never expire, so does your relationship with your fellow classmates. To foster mutual support and build a sense of unity, we encourage our alumni to stay in touch with their fellow classmates by organizing class reunions. Class reunions can be held all-year-round. Please reserve at least 1-2 months before the actual event date to ensure enough time for RSVP and preparation. Please start the planning earlier for busy festive seasons.
Participants could be a group of classmates in the same graduation year, department, major or interest clubs. We can help you to reach out to your target group for event committee formation or event promotion publicity.
There are a few venues on HKUST campus that you may consider. Alternatively, you can talk to us for other venue options, some are found by our very own alumni.
Add more flavors to the class reunion by distributing souvenirs. View the list of HKUST souvenirs. Props such as Business School flags and banners are available upon request.
After the event, it would be nice to follow up by collecting feedback online and share the joyous moment and reunion stories on various channels of HKUST.
To make your class reunion a meaningful one, you may consider motivating fellow classmates to raise fund for a class gift in the name of your class to support a specific project or endeavor.
