In celebration of the 30th Anniversary of HKUST, the Business School has organized three Alumni Luncheons earlier on, bringing together distinguished alumni that have become movers and shakers in their respective professions.
With nearly 200 alumni joining the lunch series, Business School graduates from the earliest cohorts reconnected and celebrated the School’s achievements over the years. Professor TAM Ka Yan, Dean of HKUST Business School, took the opportunity to introduce the latest developments of the University, including the appointment of Professor Nancy IP as the next President – the first woman to be appointed to this position since the founding of the University; the development and academic structure of the HKUST Guangzhou campus; the new campus landmark Shaw Auditorium, among many others. Professor Tam also took participants through the achievements of the School’s students and faculty.
