Wellness Series: Anti-Desk Stretch for Healthy Shoulders & Back

Suffering from hunched over laptop syndrome?
Tight shoulders? Back pain? Can't sleep well?
Join us on June 9 (Wednesday) to learn more about a new exercise concept called Anti-Desk Stretch, developed by BBA alumna Ebe Chan. The stretching hacks is for those looking for instant relief on stress and tension in their neck, shoulders, and back using tool as simple as a towel.
All the stretching hacks are designed for beginners, especially those without a stretching routine, advanced students will be given options to go deeper in the same session.
Duration: The session will last for about 35 mins with 5 mins set up and brief introduction at the beginning.
Equipment needed:
1. Any non-slippery surface to stand on e.g. yoga mat, carpet, wooden floor
2. A strap or tea towel or light scarf which is double your shoulder width
