In this modern age, organizations change quickly, people comes from all parts of the world, structures are flatter while reporting lines are more complex, and everyone is deafened by the "noise" of information inundation. Yet, leaders still need to be able to influence and persuade customers or even colleagues in this constantly fluid environment.

Sharing stories orally is a powerful way of cutting through people's mind. When a story is told with skills, people will be able to get the message behind and they will remember it. It can also be a great way to influence, build engagement and inspire people to take actions.
