Charles-Edouard Bouée is the Chief Executive Officer of Roland Berger. He is a seasoned expert in reorganization, post-merger projects and integration programs as well as performance improvement, and specializes in disruptive innovation, new technologies and digital transformation.
He currently acts as a consultant for the French Ministry of Foreign Trade in Greater China. Often considered by the press, he is a regular guest speaker at the China Development Forum, Boao Forum for Asia and World Economic Forum, among others.
