Managing Mental Health during the Coronavirus Outbreak

During the current COVID-19 outbreak, it is common to feel worried, stressed and anxious when we are faced with uncertain situations as well as to adapt to flexible working conditions, for example. The sooner we acknowledge and learn to take care of our mental health, the healthier and better equipped we'll be in coping with the challenges we are facing.
To help alumni from a wide array of industries with different roles to better manage stress during this special period, HKUST Business School has invited Mind HK to deliver an introductory workshop on March 19 (Thursday).
