It’s never too late to join the Sake hype, join the HKUST Alumni Wine Association (AWA) on March 29 (Friday) for Kokushu 101 with Mr Micky Chan!
Micky is actively involving in Wine and Sake industry, as educator, media writer, international judge and industry consultant. He is also the first certified educator of SSA & WSET Award in Sake!
Kokushu means Japanese wine, including both sake and shochu. With the support from Japan Sake & Shochu Makers’ Association, you will learn about the different styles and beauty of kokushu throughout the workshop. You don’t have to be a sake expert to join, just come and have an enjoyable evening!
