Hump Day Fitness Training by MBA Alumni Association (OCT 10)
This summer, MBAAA is ready to bring your fitness level to the A game. It's about time to kick that extra fat to the curb. Starting from June 20, every Wed for the next 4 months we would have a trainer that is ready to bring you to the next level. We will definitely hit on some level of bodyweight training, ground work, HIIT, Endurance exercise and your "Core" exercises. Exercises that will promise you that will bring you some sweats. Of course, we can take on some suggestions on what part of their bodies they would like to work on. Just leave your comment on the FB event page by the Tues of every week.
We also welcome our MBAAA Dragon Boat team member to join us!
It's a good hearty 40-45 mins workouts with 20 mins of warm-up and cool-down. This event is meant for people with all level of fitness. It's a No-Fall Behind workout. "Do your best; forget the rest"
* Bring a mat: if you want to be extra comfortable.
** For those who have injuries, please let the trainer know ahead before the workout starts. Safety first!
