HKUSTAWA Worshop - How good the pairing of cheese with California wine can be?

When it comes to wine pairing, the first thing comes to mind is surely cheese. In this California Wine Month, HKUST Alumni Wine Association (AWA) is having a California wine and cheese pairing workshop with cheese expert Ivy Ng and celebrity chef Walter Kei.
Other than introducing different kinds of cheese to pair with wine, participants will also get to participate in Chef Walter’s cooking demonstration of different fusion dishes with both local and western ingredients.
