Michelle Chan Michelle has more than 15 years of Product and Marketing experience in Technology and Financial Service industry with extended exposure worldwide. Michelle is currently leading the Business Development and Alternative Distribution function of FWD Insurance, responsible for driving new business development leveraging on innovative technology engagement. Before FWD, she had been with Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute (ASTRI), Hong Kong Telecom (High Net Worth Segment, Group Loyalty, Payment Business), Huawei Technology, Nokia Siemens Network, etc, taking up marketing, product and business development roles with regional exposure. Michelle holds a Bachelor degree in Cognitive Science, Graduate Diploma in ECommerce and Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Hong Kong. Outside of her role at FWD, she is the Advisory Member of FinTech Industry Alliance of China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT), AI Committee Co-Chair of FinTech Association HK, Founding Member of Women-In-Tech HK, as well as the Future Task Force Member of Hong Kong Insurance Authority. Michelle is also being named one of the Top 25 FinTech Female Leaders in Hong Kong by DigFin Group and InvestHK in 2018. |

Mark Li (HKUST Alumnus) Mark is the Digital Head at DBS’ Global Transaction Services, where he leads in the delivery of the bank's ecosystem and digital solutions across Cash Management, Documentary Trade, Open Account Trade Finance and Securities Services. With more than 11 years of experience in transaction banking, Mark works closely with key partners in the financial services ecosystem to deliver a transformed digital banking experience to corporate customers and small business owners, leveraging on innovated technology, data, and business agile. Mark is currently also an Adjunct Assistant Professor for the HKUST Business School, a Digital Banking committee member of the FinTech Association of Hong Kong, and holds a CertICM certification with the Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT). Prior to joining DBS, Mark held various senior roles in HSBC, with vast experience in client solutions, eCommerce management, digital solution rollout, and business management. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (Operations Management & Accounting) from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). |

Yousaf Masud (HKUST Alumnus) Yousaf is one of the Co-founders and the Head of Product at Planto. Since launching in October 2018, Planto has acquired more than 100k users with the mission of making everyone capable at their finances – through helping users plan, track and take actions towards their goals and giving them personalized advices to empower them on the way. Before starting Planto, Yousaf has seen both sides of the financial services – as a Management Associate at HSBC (rotating across Retail Banking, Wealth Management and Technology in Hong Kong and Taiwan), and then at CompareGlobalGroup (an online financial product comparison site, managing the personal loan product across 13 countries). Yousaf holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree (Computer Science) from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). |

Ken Shih Ken is the Head of Sales and Marketing for AQUMON, a leading algorithm-based robo (investment) advisor in Hong Kong that aims to make investing smarter, simpler and more affordable for everyone in Hong Kong and beyond. With a collective 15 years of financial industry experience in Hong Kong and the United States, Ken has a good understanding of what individual investors, financial institutions and fintech startups need in terms of investment solutions. Prior to AQUMON, Ken was a Director of Investment Content and an Alternative Investment Sales strategizing sales and marketing financial solutions for UBS' and HSBC's wealth management clients in Hong Kong. |

Amanda Tung (HKUST Alumna) Amanda has over 10 years of experience in marketing with commitment and passion in the FinTech space. She is the Founding Board of Directors at the FinTech Association of Hong Kong (FTAHK). She was elected as one of the most powerful female leaders in FinTech, 2017. Amanda currently serves as Senior Manager, Partnership in ZhongAn International. She previously managed marketing initiatives across ANX International group and Octagon Strategy Limited. Amanda obtained her Master of Business Administration degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). |
