Future of the Workforce Webinar
With the digital and technological shifts, the operation of the business and required skills for a future leader have been evolved. On March 10, two industry experts will share the changing workforce demand from a macro perspective; follow by a zoom-in discussion on what corporates are looking for the future leaders, and how one can best prepare and capture opportunities in Hong Kong, GBA (Greater Bay Area), and the SE Asian emerging markets.

Benno Jaeggi (HKUST MBA alumnus) Benno Jaeggi is active in Egon Zehnder’s Financial Services and FinTech practices with a particular focus on Investment Banking and Markets. He leverages his deep experience in Corporate Banking, Sales & Trading, Capital Markets and FinTech as a respected advisor to clients in Hong Kong and across Asia. Before joining Egon Zehnder, Benno was an executive with the ANXONE cryptocurrency exchange, one of the largest digital asset businesses in Asia. Prior to that he spent more than a decade in Wholesale Banking and on the Markets trading floors at ABN AMRO, RBS and ANZ Bank, most recently as the Global COO for Distribution and Origination at ANZ Global Markets. Benno began his career as a venture capital analyst. Benno earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration and IT management from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and an MBA in Finance from HKUST. |

Ben Chan Ben Chan is Head of Talent Development, Sun Hung Kai Properties, with a focus on its non-property portfolio businesses. He is experienced in Banking, executive search and leadership development. He regularly mentors young talents. After graduation with a Computer Science degree from the University of Hong Kong, Ben started his career in HSBC, and in 16 years there, had worked in Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, Trade Finance, Asia Pacific Strategy and the CEO Office. He was Deputy Chairman of RMB Committee of Hong Kong Association of Banks. From 2011 to 2015, he worked in Egon Zehnder, a global Big-5 consultancy in c-suite executive searches and leadership advisory, as Co-Head Greater China Banking Practice. Ben obtained his MBA, with distinction, from INSEAD. He is President of INSEAD Alumni Association in Hong Kong. |
