Mr. Albert PARK Mr. Park is Chief Economist of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Director General of its Economic Research and Development Impact Department. He is chief spokesperson on economic and development trends and leads the production of ADB’s flagship knowledge products and support for regional cooperation fora. Mr. Park has more than two decades of experience as a development economist and is a well-known expert on the economy of the People’s Republic of China. He has worked on a broad range of development issues including poverty and inequality, intergenerational mobility, microfinance, migration and labor markets, the future of work, and foreign investment. He is also Chair Professor of Economics, Social Science, and Public Policy at HKUST (on leave). He served as a founding director of HKUST’s Institute for Emerging Market Studies and Center for Economic Policy, and previously held faculty positions at the University of Oxford and University of Michigan. |

Mr. Andy TUNG Mr. Tung co-founded QBN Capital in 2020, a venture capital fund focused on investment in fintech, digital assets, as well as other core tech sectors. He was Chief Executive Officer of Orient Overseas Container Line Limited (OOCL) from 2012, and was re-designated as co-Chief Executive Officer of OOCL from 2018 after OOCL was acquired. Since 2020, he serves as a non-Executive Director of Orient Overseas International Limited, the parent company of OOCL. Mr. Tung is also currently an independent non-executive director of Standard Chartered (China) Limited and the Vice Chairman of China-United States Exchange Foundation. He was an independent non-executive director of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited. |
