Mr. Richie EU
Managing Director of Mergers & Acquisitions
Eu Yan Sang International Limited

Mr. Eu’s focus is on strategic M&A deals that are profit accretive to the Group. Prior to this role, he was the Managing Director of Eu Yan Sang Trading (Hong Kong) since March 2017, and oversaw all aspects of operations in Hong Kong and Macau which included driving business growth through strategic planning, talent acquisition, people development, implementation of customer-centric initiatives and expansion of retail, wholesale and e-commerce channels. Richie was also the General Manager of Strategic Development of Eu Yan Sang International Ltd since June 2015, and led the Group’s strategic partnerships and played important roles to drive key initiatives that impact the Group’s long-term directions, with a focus on product innovation and business development.

Richie represents the fifth generation of the Eu family in Eu Yan Sang business. He also sits on boards of notable charities such as talenTtrust Singapore and Rainbow Centre in Singapore.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Babson College in Wellesley (Massachusetts).

Mr. Bill FONG
Senior Director, Global Supply Management
Micron Technology Inc.

Mr. Fong is an operations and supply chain senior executive with over 28 years’ extensive experiences in supply chain management in semiconductor industry. Bill grew up in Hong Kong and graduated with a BEng (IMSE) from The University of Hong Kong. His career journey has always been in the semiconductor industry around the world – from wafer manufacturing in Singapore, chip assembly & test operations in China and Hong Kong, fabless IC design house supply chain for a Canadian company and US company, to currently global supply chain management for Micron. His global exposure brings him lots of connections to many semiconductor professionals across various companies, geographic locations and diverse cultural backgrounds.

Bill has a MSc Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and is also a 2005 HKUST MBA alumnus.

Mr. Robert SINCLAIR
Former President of Supply Chain
Global Brands Group (Member of FUNG Group)

Mr. Sinclair is an expert in the consumer goods supply chain industry with over 30 years of experience in North America, UK/Europe, ASEAN and Latin America, working with internationally recognized brands and supply chain service providers. Currently, he is an advisor, board member, and partner in a number of business entities, including Private Equity, Bain Consulting, a publicly listed trading company, and a large apparel manufacturing group, as well as being an active advisor to a digital manufacturing SaaS enterprise and a social sports impact brand.

Prior to that, he was the President of Supply Chain for Global Brands Group in 2018-2021, the President of a business division of LF Sourcing Pte Ltd. In 2016-2018, he was the COO of LF Sourcing Pte Ltd. Robert also held various roles and responsibilities within the Fung Group of companies from 2012 to 2021, and senior executive positions related to supply chain with VF Corp and Ralph Lauren Corporation.

Ms. Ting-Ting ZHANG
Chief Executive Officer
Singapore Fashion Council (SFC)

Prior to the current role, Ms. Zhang served as the Director of Sustainability in SFC. Through SFC, she creates meaningful international and regional networks to drive sustainable practices in the fashion value-chain, from apparel manufacturing through to post-consumer textile sector. In 2024, Ting-Ting was invited to be part of the Expert Advisory Panel for The Earthshot Prize, in the “Build a Waste-Free World” category.

Ting-Ting has a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from National University of Singapore, a Master of Architecture from Cornell University, and an MBA from Oxford University.

Mr. Daniel TEO 
Chairman and Managing Director
Hong How Group

Mr. Teo is a well-known figure in Singapore’s real estate and property circles. His leadership positions within the industry include the President of the Real Estate Developers Association of Singapore, as well as the World President of the International Real Estate Federation. He was also appointed Honorary Chairman of the Securities Investors Association Singapore in 2018. Daniel is an active supporter of Singapore’s arts and cultural scene. He was a founding member of the Singapore Cultural Foundation in 1981, which has since been subsumed by the National Arts Council.

Daniel received a Bachelor of Architecture (Honours) degree from the University of Melbourne.

Prof. Cheung’s primary research interest is in supply chain management. He had been on the editorial board for the supply chain management department of IIE Transactions.

Prior to joining HKUST, Prof. Cheung was a management consultant at Teknekron Corporation in California. He has extensive consulting experience across the US, Canada and Hong Kong.

Prof. Cheung received a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and an MSc and a PhD in Industrial Engineering, both from Stanford University.

Adjunct Professor of Finance
Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST)

Prof. King’s teaching and research interests include family business, family office, entrepreneurship, and corporate and family governance. Currently, he holds various leading positions including Non-Executive Director of Orient Overseas (International) Limited, listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (SEHK); Supervisory Board member of TNT Express, listed on Amsterdam Exchange; and Honorary Consul for the Republic of Latvia in HKSAR.

Prof. King is a graduate of the University of Michigan, BSEE; New York University, MSEE; Harvard Business School, AMP; and HKUST, PhD (Finance). He is the 2011 recipient of the HKUST Honorary Fellowship and a member of Eta Kappa Nu and Beta Gamma Sigma, the honorary societies for electric engineers and business scholars respectively.

Prof. Peng’s offers family businesses and family offices courses at HKUST and tailor-made programs for family owners around the world. She is also the only Asian Board Member of International Family Enterprise Research Academy (IFERA) and a columnist at Hong Kong Economic Times and China Family Business Review.

Prof. Peng received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Tsinghua University, and PhD degree in Finance from HKUST. She is also a graduate of Harvard Business School Executive Education program “Private Equity and Venture Capital”.
