HKUST MBA Alumni Association will organise the "2018 Professional Services Forum" with the partnership with Y.elites. The rise of financial technology has given service providers the opportunity to provide innovative services through new technologies, making it easier for consumers to use financial services and thus, fostering a more equitable social environment. Notably in the past few years, various start-ups and traditional financial institutions have actively developed applications through financial technology. Although FinTech brings convenience to consumers, creates new investment opportunities and promotes innovation, there are many risk factors involved. We hope that young entrepreneurs will be able to enhance their overall knowledge and ability and promote social innovation upon attending the event. To encourage more entrepreneurs to participate in the event, the two associations are inviting experts from various fields in Hong Kong to share their insights and experiences with FinTech.
