Miss Kimmy LEUNG [HKUST (BBA ECON&FINA) alumna]
Ultra-Trail runner
ITRA 632 l UTMB: 554
Elite Team Member of The Peak Hunter (TPH)
Hong Kong Four Trails Ultra Challenge (HK4TUC) Survivor (2023, 2025)
The North Face Korea 100K Women #1 (2026)

Kimmy was not a sporty person. After joining the trail-running community in 2015, she underwent a transformative journey. The event ignited her passion for trail running, leading her to compete in more local and international races and earn several awards. In 2024, she proudly represented Hong Kong at the Ulsan Asia Pacific Championship.

To challenge herself, Kimmy participated in the Hong Kong Four Trail Ultra Challenge multiple times. The event is one of the most difficult ultra challenges in the world, where participants have to run the four trails (Maclehose, Wilson, Hong Kong and Lantau) consecutively within 72 hours. After two failed attempts, she successfully completed the challenge in 2023 and 2025.

Never say never. It’s never too late to start something that you once thought was impossible. Kimmy believes the first step is to sign up, show up, and never give up. Then, stay happy, stay positive, and dream big. This is the key to her success.
